Lovely Home On 1 Hectare Near The Beach
We are an active pair, newly retired, and looking forward to our next adventure.We have both been teachers and worked together for 20 years as owners and managers of a health & fitness centre whilst raising our two daughters. Over the past 12 years Vince went back to high school teaching and Glenda worked in a local Community College as Course Co-ordinator and in Marketing.We have travelled widely during the past 10 years - Sweden, Norway, Morocco, Spain, Guatemala, Cuba, New York and Eastern Canada, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Borneo and Indonesia. As well as exploring our own vast and amazing country. We're still interested in keeping fit and healthy and enjoy a large garden. Can't wait to get started on home exchange. We've already done lots of AirBnBing and love meeting home owners from different cultures. We now have more time to travel which means more tme to connect with the local people!

We are surrounded by miles of quiet unspoilt beaches and headlands, national parks and state forests to explore, and the sparkling waters of the Batemans Marine Park are nearby.
Our place is only a 5 minute drive from the beach where its very safe to swim, fish or kayak. 10 minutes drive south brings you to Batemans Bay.
Batemans Bay itself offers plenty of fun activities. An abundance of lovely cafes, restaurants, clubs and pubs, cinema, fitness centres and supermarkets.
Mogo Zoo or Birdland Animal Park will assure you are acquainted with Australian wildlife. Marina, tennis courts and 27 hole championship golf course is nearby, or try your hand at mini golf instead.
An extensive shared pathway along the foreshore is perfect for a casual walk or cycle. A wonderful array of galleries showcase local art.
