WE ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN HOMES WITH AT LEAST TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS AND TWO BATHROOMS, THANK YOU. We enjoy city breaks anywhere in Europe and for longer holidays we love Italy and France particularly. Thames riverside - very spacious and bright 3rd floor apartment (no lift) in this peaceful yet convenient and elegant Edwardian block in Barnes - just across Hammersmith bridge from the bustling metropolitan transport centre of Hammersmith. There are large communal gardens and direct access to the towpath for walking or cycling along the river to Putney, Kew, Richmond. Easy access by bus or tube (4 lines) to central London (15 minutes) and buses to Kensington (10 minutes) and Richmond, Kew, Chiswick and also to all parts of central London if you prefer to travel overground.

Appartement avec une très jolie vue, très bien entretenu et bien complet !! Les hotes sont très prevenants :)
Lo que más me gustó: L'appartement très jolie, decoré avec beacoup de gout !
Lo que menos me gustó: Dommage que l'acces est limité a certaines pieces, c'est la premiere fois que cela nous arrive, meme si nous n'avions pas besoin de plus de place !

Superbe appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût, à l'image des propriétaires, charmants, accueillants et chaleureux... Nous avons été reçu comme des rois avec plein de petites attentions... Nous avons adoré.
Lo que más me gustó: Grand appartement avec terrasse et vue superbe sur la Tamise. Au calme, spacieux et très confortable.
Lo que menos me gustó: Absolument rien. TOUT était PLUS que parfait !

A beautiful flat in à splendid area. When we think of our exchange with Barbara and Iain, we say we've been very lucky. Such a large and comfortable apartment in London must be considered as a real privilege... And Barbara and Iain are so kind...
Lo que más me gustó: Everything was perfect. Even the weather has been great. What else can we expect from a house swap ? We did appreciate very much the sight on the Thames from the different rooms of the flat... And more particulary from Barbara & Iain's bedroom...
Lo que menos me gustó: Nothing... Ready for a new exchange ???

Puntos de interes

We are on the river Thames with all its walks, riverside pubs and restaurants. Hammersmith and Barnes are our local shops with both very stylish boutiques and functional shopping.

Kensington High Street, Kew Gardens, Richmond Park, Notting Hill Gate, Hyde Park are all an easy bus or tube journey away. Huge Westfield shopping centre 10 minutes by bus.

Direct and fast tube from Heathrow, quick access by buses or tube to and from all parts of London including St Pancras (Eurostar), Baker St (Stansted and Luton) and Victoria (London Gatwick)
